WHAT DOES A GOAL-FOCUSED SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Constructive Coaching

Goal focused group training has all the benefits of a 1-2-1 session with; a personal trainer, progressive program, constructive ongoing coaching and nutrition guidance but with a more affordable price tag!

Normally you are one to one with a coach, you get results, yes, but you pay a premium for this service.  This option is a great way to have the same access to coaching, many people prefer Small Group Training because of team spirit and support you gain in each session.

Group training gets results based on your goals teaching you how to lift safely and correctly. Most importantly it teaches you the correct form so you feel more confident and you feel empowered to keep pushing and progressing.

Your coach is there every step of the way. If you need them outside of a session reach out, they will get back to you and help answer any questions you have.

 

Goal Focused

Have you got a goal? To build muscle?  Increase strength? Lose body-fat?  Tone your figure? All of these goals are definitely achievable in goal focused training.

By progressing, recording, checking in with your coach and being consistent you do get results. You get the level of fitness you are wanting! You get into those clothes you have been missing, you can run after your children and join in with them without losing your breath.

Maybe you have seen the doctor and they have said you are at risk?  Your goal may be to lower your blood pressure? Reverse type 2 diabetes? Possibly to get more mobile after an operation?

Whatever your goal, small group training is a viable and effective way to help you achieve it.

Cost Effective

So you have always thought “you know what, if only I could afford a PT, that would be the thing I need to get me back in shape. I just don’t know or feel confident in what I am doing?” “I just cannot afford or justify the cost. I will join that cheap gym down the road”

Well that’s what you do, you sign up, you start attending, £12.99 seems a bargain.

Then you realise you don’t know what you’re doing. You start picking up bars, moving them.

Your looking around for help or advice and there isn’t anyone.

When you do find someone they spend 5 minutes trying to get you signed up to their next best fat loss miracle cure and still don’t show you what your asking!

You then remember why you didn’t do the gym in the first place and you cancel.

Fab gym - very welcoming and no clickieness. Richard, the owner/pt & Hannah the hardcore pt are both so motivating and knowledgeable. I’ve been going just a couple of months and the results are great - weight loss, more energy and with help from Richard, much better diet.

We offer two sessions a week for the monthly cost of £99 a month. This means you get access to any of our group training sessions, our state of the art training app that records progress, includes your workouts, coaching utilities such as recipe books, advice, videos, our special nutrition program that educates alongside getting you the results so you can keep things off.

Gym access is also included when not attending any group sessions.
